Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Return Request Time
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Slight color differences
- Used or washed products
- Customized items
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made through bank transfer or original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If your size or product has an issue, we may offer an exchange depending on stock availability.
